We had the privilege of welcoming Mr. Adil Raza, Category Manager – Accessories (Varroc / Hiker), a man known for leadership, innovation, and deep automotive expertise across India.

But what we witnessed wasn’t just expertise…

The Challenge Arrives — Tata Harrier EV 🔋🚙

A Tata Harrier EV owner visited our store to install a rear guard.
As usual, our technicians inspected the car — but hit a roadblock:

❌ “There is no provision for a rear-guard installation.”

Most people in such a situation would simply say:
“Sorry sir, it can’t be done.”

But not Mr. Adil Raza.

A Leader Who Doesn’t Mind Getting Dirty 💪

Without a moment of hesitation —
Mr. Adil Raza got down on the rough floor, laid under the car, and carefully examined the underbody.

Sitting right there on the ground beside the car, he opened detailed engineering diagrams of the Harrier EV and searched for possibilities.

Within minutes — his eyes sparkled.
He had found the perfect solution ✅

Instead of giving orders from a distance, he personally guided our technicians…
